Companies from all over the world that produce and sell machines, materials, technologies and services for the foundry industry are kindly invited to present at the conference in the form of company presentations, exhibitions or advertisements in the paper editions of the conference.
The presence of scientists from many countries and representatives of the foundries from Bulgaria is a guarantee that you will have the most professional audience to present your products. And this a necessary condition for your success.

  The application form (Form “F”) or the online registration has to be submitted in the Conference Secretariat
no later than 28.02.2024.

For the publication of the company presentation and its provision to all participants in the conference, it has to be received in the Conference Secretariat
no later than 15.03.2024.

Company presentations
Up to 20 minutes are provided, including the demonstrations in the Plenary Session or the Section Sessions.
Fees:
For the Plenary Session - 250 €;
For the Section Sessions - 200 €;

Exhibition

Participation in the exhibition is realized with one or more exhibition modules with 1m2 horizontal and 1 m2 vertical area for the presentation of casts, materials, equipment, models, safety gear, prospects, catalogues and other products and services, related with casting production.
Fees:
For one module - 200 €;
For two modules - 300 €;
For each additional module - 100 €.

Advertisement
The advertisement will be published simultaneously in all paper editions of the Conference – program, International Scientific Magazine “Machines, Technologies, Materials” and in the tomes of “Scientific proceedings of STU of Mechanical Engineering” and also on the webpage of the conference: www.metalcasting.eu. The advertisement is to be sent by e-mail in .pdf format.
Fees:
- For one multicolor A4 page on 2nd, 3rd, or 4th cover page and on the Conference website until the next conference – 400 €;
- For ½ multicolor A4 page on 2nd, 3rd, or 4th cover page and on the Conference website until the next Conference – 250 €;

Participation of company representatives in the Conference.
Every participant in the conference will receive a folder with the conference materials – badge, program. Each participant has the right to take part in the social program – coffee breaks, participation in the “Foundry night” Cocktail and other activities.
Fee:
100 € for one participant.
